EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, THE $8.50 DCA FEE IS NO LONGER TO BE COLLECTED. IT MAY BE RESUMED AROUND SEPTEMBER. APPARENTLY REGULATIONS NEED TO BE PROMULGATED AND EMERGENCY REGULATIONS WERE NOT ACCEPTED.
